Everyone is eager to get sports back. Baseball seems to be closing in on a solution. Now MLB needs the players to sign off.
The Return-to-play proposal is to be submitted to the players within a week according to Jeff Passan of ESPN. MLB looks for July as a restart date. Players might be weary to return for safety reasons.
If the players agree to the proposal, America could have 4th of July Baseball, and that should excite any sports fan.
