The Dolphins are on course for a historically bad season and will probably land the #1 pick of next year's draft. Most experts and fans expect the pick to be QB Tua Tagovailoa from the University of Alabama after 46/3 touchdown/interception ratio in 2018.
Though early in the 2019 NCAA season a few other contenders have emerged such as Jake Fromm from Georgia and Justin Herbert from Oregon.
The Dolphins will be left with a tough choice in the pick as the Fins will also need to draft a top offensive tackle with one of their other 2 first round picks. As of Week 3 the Dolphins are a few drafts away from competing but it starts with the QB going forward and making the correct choice.
