The Marlins had a tough Tuesday facing the 1st place Dodgers. Over the course of 9 innings the Marlins allowed 15 runs between 4 pitchers. With 4 innings with crooked numbers, the Dodgers bats went crazy as Bellinger, Seeger, and Turner all went yard.
Jordan Yamamoto didn't have a terrible game allowing 4 runs in 5 innings off of 4 hits. The excellent pitching of Dodger's rookie, Dustin May, along with the collapse of the Marlins bullpen sealed the teams fate soon after the 5th inning.
Tonight is a new Game though, as The Marlins trout Elieser Hernandez off of his best start vs the Braves last week (6 scoreless scattering 2 hits).
The dodger give the ball to verteren ace Clayton Kershaw, who has had a stellar season, with a 11-2 record and 2.77 ERA.
First Pitch is scheduled for 7:10
