Dragic, Westside, and Waiters isn't a championship roster and everyone seems to know it. The Heat have been plagued recently with some bad luck and some terrible contracts given to unworthy players. The HEat go into 2020 are paying 8 players playing over 10 million next year. Pat Riley hopes to turn the train around soon, and bring Mami back to being contender.
