The Florida Panthers have officially named Joel Quennevilleas as the head coach of the Florida Panthers. He brings more than 20 years of NHL head coaching experience to the Panthers and is a 3-time Stanley Cup Champion. In choosing and committing to Coach Q, Florida Panthers ownership and Vinnie Viola have once again proven their commitment to the community and bringing a Stanley Cup to South Florida. This addition and the promise to be aggressive in the upcoming Free Agency on July 1 are proof that the Panthers are serious about being a consistent playoff team and a team that competes every year toward the goal of winning the Stanley Cup!
