Emergency Meeting To Discuss Bayfront Park Organization

The meeting is being called to discuss newly discovered items identified during the initial review of the troubled organization. City officials will address the findings and outline potential next steps regarding the park's administration and future. The meeting comes as the Trust faces pressure to explain its management practices and financial oversight. The 32-acre Bayfront Park faces allegations of fund misuse, operational misconduct, and possible criminal activity. Commissioner Joe Carollo was removed as Trust chair back in February.
