Antonio Brown Arraigned

Just days after bonding out of a Miami-Dade County jail on an attempted second-degree murder charge, Antonio Brown appeared virtually in front of a judge this morning for his arraignment.

His attorney pleaded not guilty and is demanding a trial by jury.

Mark Eiglarsh is claiming self-defense, arguing Brown fired his gun back in May outside a Miami boxing match in order to get away from a suspect who had allegedly tried to rob him in the past.

Prosecutors say it was attempted murder, with the charge carrying a 20-year minimum mandatory sentence and up to 30-years in prison, if convicted.

The next court date is tentatively set for December 22nd.
