"Rocky" has thrown in the towel.
Movie star and Palm Beach resident Sylvester Stallone has given up in an attempt to talk the town council into letting him put up a seaweed barrier outside his $35 million mansion.
At a recent meeting, Stallone expressed his love for the area and said he wants to keep the water pristine and keep away onlookers.
But after pushback from neighbors, a representative for Stallone's family came back to the Town Council to say they are withdrawing the request for the barrier.
